Greetings! This is the part where I tell you about myself. I have been in fitness for 8 years now and I have been a trainer for 3 years. Fitness is one of my many passions. Growing up I loved to eat so as the years go by my body just kept getting bigger and bigger. I told myself I have to do something about it. At the age of 16 years old is when I got serious about losing weight. By the time I was 23 years old I have done my first fitness competition and a couple more after that. I went from eating 10 times a day to deadlifting 405 lbs at a bodyweight of 135 lbs. It may not be a lot for some people but it was huge for me.  I have learned many lessons throughout my fitness journey so I decided I would share it with people that went through the same struggle I did. I was very successful in reaching my goals because of one thing, I changed the way I was thinking. I am big when it comes to training the mind. I am a big believer that everything you ever want to achieve is in your mind and when you master the way you think then the sky is the limit. Training for a goal is much easier when you have someone to guide you. This was one of the many mistakes I made throughout my own fitness transformation, I was doing everything by myself. Deep down my main reason for desiring to be fit was not so I can look good but so that I can be me 100%. Staying true to me and being able to express myself fully by fighting to become the best version of myself. I believe when you get your fitness right then everything else begins to become better and better.

MICHELLE PETROVIC

Fitness helped me become more confident, made me happier (endorphins, HELL YEAH), and helped me get past life hurdles of anxiety and depression. I fell in love with fitness so much that I even did a Bikini Building Competition. Now here I am, and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and have a Women's Specialization Certificate. I help boss women gain confidence by helping them develop a long-term healthy routine for their workouts and nutrition while working through the hurdles of life. Workouts, and nutrition shouldn't require sacrifices but should be built around, and with the current lifestyle you have, so let me show you how!
