ABOUT NORI ATHLETICS

Hey there! We are NORI Athletics, and our names are Michelle and Novette. We created NORI Athletics with the idea of transforming people's mindsets to conquer their healthy habits and gain back their freedom within their body.

 

Over time, we noticed that as we were building up our business, we neglected our health. We were letting situations in our lives dictate our physical and mental well-being. However, through our experience, we were able to find what was causing our inconsistency with our health, lowering our productivity, and preventing us from living a balanced lifestyle.

Through our research, and adapting the research to ourselves, we found that it was developing and strengthening healthy and sustainable habits was how we would reach our goals and maintain our results. We were able to come up with structured and actionable steps to reach our goals.

 

Now it is our mission to share that with you.
